My two kids recieved theirs on Friday, Mine and the mrs are yet to come, I noticed on my young blokes card that it admits him to 11 home games and 6 away games, (we are silver members). Whats with the away games ???, Is this now added to the silver package, or is it just for the kids ?

People buy their memberships knowing this at the start of the year and actually if you have a gold reseerved seat you get a guaranteed seat at the GF....not saying its right or wrong just stating fact

Is that 100% true....:?

Our crowd have switched from social to gold this year coz we didn’t really utilize the “Social Clubâ€

I'm plain dumb.

The worse Carlton goes the 'bigger' membership I buy. This year I think I ordered the Social Club set up. Last year I think I was Gold something and thru the mid 90s I was silver.

You wanna explain that to my wife.

Every year the same thing happens. It's most annoying. I'm an AFL member and a Carlton Social Gold as well, I have been for years. Last year I got my membership in round two of the season and that's only because I went to the club to pick it up

They are a disgrace and it will probably never change. I still love them and have no probs handing the money over but you'd think they'd be switched on and have the memberships out.

Spoke to my contact at the mailhouse yesterday. They have started the mailout. It gets done in batches, as the mailhouse has to put the whole thing together.

Should all be out over the next two weeks.

Not sure about Carlton memberships (Gold, Blue and Jnior).....but as an AFL member, they were saying that if you didn't renew by Christmas, you would NOT have your card by the start of the NAB cup.....

Christmas/Jan is a pig of a time to get these things done...I think we tend to relate the renewal date and received package date as months apart when they are a few workinbg days apart.

Never believe that. They're now saying you can renew by Feb 10 & you'll get it in time!

I'm still trying to workout what that's for! :? The membership card won't even fit so I don't know how a fixture will!
