good point LB,

And has the underlining issue of debt/lack of money/cobbled to AFL house robbed this club of 20 years? Is the new financial strength a precursor to significant change?

Could be Dannyboy....surely offers some stability.

Im a believer that sustained financial success comes as a result of getting basics right like club engagement (are we all on the same bus), vibrant membership base, involved sponsors......and taking on feedback from those who wish to share it in a meaningful manner.

(Ps ive always appreciated your contributions over the many moons)

likewise LB

Sickening isn't it! Like old moles.

We are without a coach and a CEO and looking aimless, even going to the enemy for help.

Talking about moles.....

I posted a couple of weeks ago in response to some suggesting getting the best to join the board even if not a I posted there's a TC poster who nearly landed the CEO role at the Pies but was rejected when they found out he was a Carlton member.

Great story. Cat is out the bag now.

Hey London, time to throw your hat in now you're in Melbourne.

Tom Elliott reporting that we've appointed a coach, someone who has coached before, will be announced next week. Some tweeters saying Pyke.

I still think it’s Ross Lyon. No idea why, just gut, so probably incorrect.

My guess is Pyke. Clarko and Lyon have rejected us and Scott will likely take the AFL job.

No, you don't seem to understand. You're carrying on about something that has not been verified.
I know you're here to bag the board but let's try sticking to the facts instead of heresay.

Clearly I'm the one with cognitive issues.

Caro was singing liddles praises when he had been in the Carlton job for 5 mins.

A day after she leaks this liddle sacked.

We are an embarrassing mess of a footy club.

Oh for good measure the cats just conceded 5 goals in a row...

fully agree. cats scott inherited a flag winnimg team who basically coached themselves the first year. he has had the talent come to him ever since. he has done well to keep them competitive, but with the cattle he has had, i think he has been less of a success than he should have been. i cant see him being a successful coach anywhere else

and he is a flog

Two 5 goal runs in the same game are never good for the resume.
