Will this thread get to 100 pages before our next coach is appointed?

No the last 3 were Jaymie Graham, McCrae and Kingsley.

I don't think Voss applied either.

The rumour of him bombing the interview was when he went for the Carlton job and we appointed Teague, but given what's transpired with our admin at the time i half think they leaked it and played it up so it further solidified the hiring of Teague.

From the outside looking it he'd be a decent option i think certainly for a couple of interviews.

According to these reports Voss did interview. I can't find the report where it implied he blew the 2nd interview.

I have zero idea but I do like the resumes of Kingsley, Yze and Caracalla.

Not a Scott Fan but that is just my gut feel from watching him on TV.

Bring on the Process………..whatever the #$&* it is.

Carlton have begun the process of moving on from Alastair Clarkson and Ross Lyon, and have Chris and Brad Scott high on their shortlist of potential candidates to become the club’s new coach.

Amid public commentary that they have mishandled their coaching hunt, it has emerged the Blues’ sub-committee is close to finalising a list of prospective applicants, including Michael Voss, Adam Kingsley, Justin Leppitsch and Jaymie Graham. Interviews could begin as early as this week.

This prick Gerard Whateley, however you spell that stupid name, is continuining, as his co reproter Robbo said, merciless attack on all things Carlton.

He should be on the hit list of every Carlton supporter. Even the Carlton Now supporters should be able to see how this fool is a constant trying to derail our search for a new coach through process, head hunted Teague through out the year, and has a go at anything Carlton. He's even saying Brad Scott will only look at the coaching job as a mark of desperation should he fail to get the cush AFL job.

He is Carlton enemy No 1....for me anyway.

I'm enjoying the process approach to find a new coach, and know that all the young up and coming coaches would want to make their mark with this list and a Big 4 club, which he envies because his team, the prennial bridesmaid for 100 years, the Cats are not one of them.

Go Blues....onwards and upwards.

Bondi there is one way to fix the situation.

Do the selection process well, get it right, surround the Coach with footy smart assistants and take some scalps early in ‘22.

Nothing will shut the #$&$ers up quicker that “W’s”.

Sadly taking cheap shot’s at CFC is like shooting fish in a barrel at the moment.

When in doubt all the media has to do for a story is throw up…………Blues chasing (insert name here) and it creates a shite storm.

I’m and not in favour of responding to the media but…..

If the Blues know Clarkson, Lyon, Scott and Buckley are not interested then I say, cut the media off at the knees and put out a press statement stating such and that the Committee is looking at other terrific candidates with a wealth of experience in successful organisations.

Chris Scott as senior coach with Brad Scott as senior assistant/director of coaching?

Highly unlikely that would happen but it would be….interesting.

Jeez I know I've said I don't care and just rant to stop being shit, but both Scott brothers would test that.

I'm with you on that.

Its not that I bite, but I have a high intolerance to smart arses who lead with their chin.

W's early set the tone.

Before that...get the best coach and make the media look silly.

Then we sign up those who want to come to Carlton, Cerra, Hewett, Riccardi, Lipinski...go for it...and an Ollie wines bull would be thrilling.

Plenty of time for plenty of water to flow under the bridge.

Go Blues
