Weiters deserved it. Was our best player across the whole season. If Walsh can produce what he did in the last 2 months for a whole season he’ll win it next year as probably go AA

Sensational result. Had a great year and beat all direct opponents every week.

Congratulations Weiters! Well deserved.

Let’s not forget there were a few writing you off as a dud #1 pick not so long ago....

May you stay injury free.

Well deserved by Weits - glad he won it!

But Ed Curnow - take a bow.

Great reward for effort and development for Weiters. Well deserved. We’re in good hands going forward with Weiters and Walsh leading the younger brigade. Now they just need a couple more mates to push up into the top 10 of the 2021 BnF

Weiters was always going to be an AA, so winning the BnF after that incredible first half of the season where he was not beaten in a one on one. I'm not sure AA FB Harris matched weiters in that department on 2020.

Weiters has officially arrived, and no one, not even the media can take this away from him. This achievement beckons AA in 2021.

I get the feeling with the rise and rise of our prized youth, some of the other late bloomers will be just that, and follow the 2 W's lead...then we add DeKoning and Charlie to the mix and ... the hairs on the back of my neck just stood up.

Go Blues

Interesting to hear Weiters describe Teague as a "players coach" and a "genuine coach" and that "[he] loves playing for [Teague].

Things that make you go mmmmmm.

His uber consistency during the clubs rebuild years has been super admirable - Casboults protection of kids, improvement in game has been equally admirable.

Im a big fan of veteran soldiers like these - its these blokes example that has taken the club forward past three years imo.

Appalled to see SEN has not one single report of Weitering's BnF win at one of the biggest and the most successful club in the AFL.

Not a peep.

Pathetic media coverage, and typical of another media outlet run by Effeendrug* fraternity.

I'm banning the SEN from now on.
