Well BV
I suggested only two with McGree being a rookie ruckman back up because even if the pending list cuts
You still want to some good kids and as I said to Jonny Cash I am now interested in a free agent but
Please not a soft player. I personally have had enough of them.
I do follow the SANFL because I barrack for Sturt so I know a little about it.
Probably more than most supporters
Partington should be playing AFL in my opinion
I think his pro wrestling debut put a few clubs off
Unfortunately in these politically correct times you have to be a bit of a square head
Which is a shame
Fisher is 22
Will probably win the Sandover or go very close
As I said my whole basis of this is not to blow wind up anyone’s arse( well maybe a bit) but to illustrate that some guys improve later
What’s got the chance to benefit the club more
A pick like Fisher or Parlington with a late pick or
Dunbar O’Dwyer from good old Xavier
By the way does anyone know where Busso is
Great place
You should pop in for a visit BV when Mc Gowan lifts the border restrictions
Getting back to this post, Keogh was correct in that Fisher won the Sandover Medal. He put on a bit of size and strength this season though I still have doubts about his pace, he's worked hard to put himself in some form of contention.
Of the players Keogh has mentioned, IMHO the one to watch is James Rowe. Very small (173cm) but as a small forward, he gets the pill, wins the ground ball (which we need to improve on) and he kicked 38 goals in the SANFL as a 21 year old. Equal leading goal kicker in the SANFL. I'd consider him with a rookie selection as we're deficient in this area.
