Cripps to miss the next 1-2 weeks as per Carlton Twitter.

RIP 2019.

Earlier in the week a poster on Bigfooty said that Cripps would miss because of an "infected toe".
We were all hoping that it was just a troll........obviously not the case.
So did Cripps really sprain his foot against the WB's or was it an injury sustained outside the football club?

Second year in a row I can’t go due to son’s footy. Been pretty disappointed about that. Not so much now.

We'll win this. I have nothing to justify my gut feel.

Big out but gives an opportunity for someone else to stamp themselves.

Yep. I wanted Jack back, but with Cripps out and those 5 to choose from, it has to be Kennedy, even though I'm deeply unimpressed with him so far.

Hopefully Phillips's inclusion doesn't mean Kreuzer's a doubt; then again, why else would we bother?

If the list as good as some think it is one player shouldn’t make such a difference
A chance for players to step up

Yep - I guess we can no longer trust Russell's injury update.

Well it's actually two... Our two AA players are out. And as Richmond have demonstrated, any team will struggle with their best 2 or 3 out. But yeah, I hope a youngster will show he has the alpha dog mentality. Unfortunately I have no idea who that might be!

Are these training injuries - or have these blokes done something stupid during the bye.

If your referring to McKay he has been off for a while
You would think Curnow would go to Fyfe

Phillips in the mix makes you wonder how fit Krooz is.

Cripps, Harry, perhaps Krooz out, damn dangerous these byes.

Hard to believe that word of him being injured hadn't leaked out before now.

So who (other than Simmo) will be our on field leader.
Time the 'young ones' to step up and show something

Go Blues
