Sure thing. If I'm a potential sponsor or corporate partner. I'm happy if the club say "we don't need a strategic plan or strategy, actions speak louder than words. They're a waste of time".
They'll be flocking to stump up their spare cash.

The club aren't coming out outlining the intricate details, Mick. They're just saying we have a strategy in place that we believe will ensure success. Surely that's a positive?

We've got posts saying there's not enough details provided and others saying let's not even declare we have a plan.
I'd @#$%&! hate to be in the clubs position trying to satisfy people.

Remember all the shit everyone gave Richmond when they came out with theirs in 2010? Seemed to work out ok for them.

Was there a bullet point in their plan that read,

If we stop Dustin Martin from going to GWS, he will have a season like no other and single handedly win us the flag, given that the opponent on the day will have a choke of Punt Rd at peak hour proportions

Having said that, a strategic direction coupled with implementation plan is vital in any successful org

I know that Mick. But you said do it and then tell them. That's what they're doing IMO.
They're not releasing the intricate details. They're just saying we have a plan in place and we believe it will bring success.
The proof will be in the performance which is what you rightly want.

Great deal for the club and well done.

Nike were always a common denominator during our crap years, so I assume this will solve all of our problems

Whatever’s best for the club and our ongoing financial position.

I’m a diehard MJ fan and sneaker head so on a personal level I’m not so thrilled with the change.

There you go BV............not a hint about Puma. They did the deal and then told us.Then he pulls a rabbit out of a hat and a ten year deal to boot.I'm on record as liking Marco LoGo and Liddle. They actually don't say much, just get in the backroom, roll there sleeves up and quietly go about there work. From what i hear from my pals up in town they are extremely hardworking without any fanfare which is right up my alley.

Would've preferred adidas

We were successful with them and if I recall, the Hawks and Pies had Puma
