I've been on TC for over ten years and can't recall discussion on your favourite Carlton goal.

Finals aside what would it be?

Personally I really enjoyed kernahan v St Kilda in 1992 at home. Half way through the last quarter, takes on Morris, handballs past him, gathers own handball and kicks a "checkside" from the scoreboard pocket.

Also love Andrew Phillips v Collingwood at Waverley. Think it was the same year?

Fev's goal at Football Park (West Lakes) to sink the Crows was sensational

Haven't thought about it in detail but Skinny Lappin Vs the cheats in 01 was pretty good

Craig Bradley's goal on the run from an acute angle against West Coast at Princes Park in 1994 (I think that was the year). Magic!

But for sheer relatively recent joy (and there hasn’t been a lot) I can’t recall a better goal than Jeffy Garlett’s goal in the 2013 Elimination Final, once he intercepted it, I got up out of my seat and rode it him all the way, with accompanying scarf waving just to stick it up a few nearby Richmond ferals who had been giving it to us all day - very very enjoyable, I’ll put a link up when in I get home later.

Couldn't find a youtube of the goal in isolation - go to 1:50 - but if you want to have a look at the others I'm not going to stop you.

Harmes on the boundary line to Sheldon in the last quarter in the 79 grand final.

Sticks after the siren vs North in the last round in 87. Needed it to earn the week off and it helped us win the flag as Hawks ended up playing 4 straight weeks and were shot.

Lance late in the ‘99 prelim from 50 near the boundary, sweetest connection he ever made and with the immortal words of Drew Morphett “you’d wanna be on the Blues now” as it sailed through.

Marcou’s sealer late in the ‘82 GF, with Lou’s commentary (“that’s the one that counts!!”) as the crowd goes nuts

Agree with all so far, especially about Garlett in 2013 and Lance in ‘99.

Johnno kicked a special goal at Waverley against Collingwood in ‘85; badly injured and in the hands of the trainers, the ball spills in his direction - he pushed the trainers away, grabbed the pill, threw it on his boot and goaled. Trainers then carried him off. Inspirational stuff.
