At the moment not much hurt factor with his kicking, if anything he burns it a lot.

We are so poorly drilled. That's coaching.

I wouldn't have a clue if that statement is right or wrong but unless you attend training (maybe you do) then I don't know how you can say that?

Let’s not go too hard too early on O’Brien. He’s played, what, 10 games?

Yes I think he will. Very very early days. But his disposal and decision making has been very poor today. Just a kid.

It must be incredibly deflating for the players. You dominate play and still end up behind. And then the opposition get on top and you're helpless to do anything about it. Obviously the players bear some responsibility. But the coach-drive game style has been a huge factor.

I don't know what's happened this year. But from the outside it's been perplexing to say the least. There's losing. And there's it looks like no one out there knows what they're doing. Way too often this year it's looked like the latter.

I’m waiting for a miraculous second half comeback.

I’ve also left the front porch light on in case Harold Holt comes home.

Yet nobody has mentioned Fisher today who has burnt it just as bad.

When did Phillips go off?
We looked pretty solid early, just poor goal kicking.
Should one player going down affect things that much?

How can any of you take this performance serious.

IT IS OBVIOUS WE ARE TANKING

You don’t play two ruckman together
Bring in Marchy who’s missed 8 weeks of footy
Drop Dow and don’t play Gartlett

If you’re serious about winning.

SOS wants pick 1

I sincerely hope not however I don't think I'd be surprised. Our tactics, work rate and skills certainly don't look like a team who have turned up hungry for a win. When will this club learn.. we've got more high drafted picks than any other club in league.

If we're to get pack in this, we need to stop being lazy. Wondering why their i50s look so clean? Because the Lions run hard to create the option over the top whilst our guys jog behind creating zero pressure. Half the Lions inside 50s have been by a player with 5 meters of space all around him.

Probably because Fisher hasn't touched it.

Please dont compare Fish to O'brien.
Fisher will make it and has shown plenty.
O'brien has shown NOTHING.

Agree you could see progress the last couple of years with game style but this year it just looks like headless chooks running around. Can we please abandon zoning in the backline it has not worked and can we please draft 2 way runners that are skilful please!!

Thank god this league doesn't have relegation because we would sink to lower league and never been seen again

We are not heading in the right direction

This year has been simply awful

Not sure why Carlton supporters keep making excuses and believing that it's different this time

Complete rabble and no end in sight

Hard questions need to be asked over the pre season

When a team can't demonstrate basic ball movement, then you know that we are a long way off

Why oh why isn't Jones playing on Hipwood? We have one fast defender. They have one fast (and dangerous) forward. Not hard to work it out.
