Gotta keep Dow in all year. Get him to 50 games ASAP. Last night was a pretty intense game to debut in, he'll be used to the speed of AFL soon enough.

Yep, no way should Dow be dropped.

You can't apply the same theory to all players. They're all very different at different stages of development.

Definitely need more run in this team

Not enough pace from the backline

Simpson provides some run but his disposal is average. The amount of dinky kicks from him continually sets us back. Gets too much ball for my liking. Rather in someone else hands who can better set up the play from the backline.

McKay is in his 3rd year, he's fit and healthy, and he's being kept out of the side for Levi..?? It makes no sense. Sin City's logic re Dow is even more applicable to McKay.

I agree, Rexy. I think he should play, as should Dow and Gartlett. I don't rate Levi in our long term plans at all.

Cunningham for SOS. Best fit if Kruz and Kennedy can't play. I guess Lobbe or Harry.

Cunners to rotate onball and the backline for some speed and Marchbank to a wing to float forward when either Levi is in the ruck or Charlie is off the ground.

I don't think Lamb or Mullett will get dropped. I think they were both serviceable overall. SOS will be in the gun as we need some speed.
I suspect Graham and Kerridge have had their cards marked and won't be first choices, hence Polson if required and a point of difference maybe.

Lang and Pickett back in ASAP.

Regards Cazzesman

Agree with Jim no point playing well this week if we don't go on and methodically put GoldCoast away next weekend
Last years game against Gold Coast at etihad was almost the worst performance of the year we must learn from it
Get a good start like this week and keep the foot on the throat

GCS won't be playing like they played last year... They're not a team of hacks, they were a hack team..... last year.
Anything could be happening this year.

When Casboult retires at age 35 due to injury you'll be straight on here saying "I told you he wouldn't last!"

Back to the bush league where he belongs!

MCkay not ready. Phillips 1st game back last night for NB, definitely not ready.

Cunningham, I agree with. Was good playing for NB

This is not a go at you A but what does that mean? I hear it too often.
Sometimes you just have to be bold and give them a crack
Was SOJ really 'ready'?
Is Paddy Dow 'ready'?

Took-words-out-of-my-mouth!!!

What about Kerr?

Weitering, SPS and Dow have been our first selections under Bolts. This guarantees them games regardless of form

In: Cunningham, Lang (is he injured? FIIK) McKay

Casboult rucks all day

SOJ shouldn’t get omitted after 1 game. Problem is we don’t honour his leads and when we do we put the ball in terrible positions. His not as athletic as Charlie but he is a pure forward who will develop when his body grows. Give the kid a break!

I’d be playing McKay from now on as well. These 3 and Kerr are our long term future forwards.

No-one will be dropped.

Lobbe in for Kreuser and either Cuningham or Kerridge for Kennedy if he doesn't come up.

No way Harry could be picked yet. He hasn't done anything yet this season.
