Popcorn.... Alex will cause a lot of discussion. I would prefer Waitering back and Jaksch in.

Agree mostly with the changes, playing the kids is great but it's time for a more mature lineup and an improved performance after two poor showings. Really disappointed in the Polson omission though, should've been given a block of four games to get some AFL experience rather than being sent back to the twos after one game.

I thought Pickett would have thrived in the open spaces of the MCG. But overall I don't mind the changes. A Silvani actually has a decent record against Buddy including keeping him to just 2 goals in a game where sydney smacked the dockers by 90+ points just last year.

Interesting they upgraded AlexS rather than JGM. A bit defensive from the coach ..?

JGM out injured this week anyway.

Obviously the mandate for the week was to bring some more senior'ish bodies into the team.

Shame about Polson, but we'll probably thank the MC later for managing him. Last week would've been pretty rough.

Got my wish Rowe Silvagni A and white all in the same backline
Can't remember a less talented backline trio except perhaps in the days of Mick Martyn
Swans by Plenty
Not really worth going to the G on Saturday given with those 3 waxing in the backline giving it back to the opposition will play the swans into form after 5 straight losses
Happy days and a real backward step in my view

We all bang on about Jaksch and Im a fan as you all know but surely if he can't get a game in front of these 3 he really is cactus at the end of the year

Yeah, pretty uninspiring stuff atm. Should have left Polson in. Way too many talls and playing a disgusting brand of football.

But that would make good sense, it's not our way.

After being bold with selection last week no need to s..... Ourselves this week
Much prefer to lose playing the kids and blooding new players than certainly losing with Rowe Silvagni and White butchering the ball and giving the opposition an armchair ride and taking opportunities from our kids or younger players

We were assured when we got Silvagni that he would only replace white or Rowe
Replacing Macredie -dumb

Reid Tippett and buddy can't wait for Saturday knowing that not only their teammates but 3 of the opposition will deliver the ball to them on a platter :banghead:

Two things you can take to the bank.....KJ and Daisy are in their last year at Carlton, if they can't make the team this week.

Pickett needs to work harder when he doesn't have the ball. Good message to the guy this week. Make him sit and watch Tippin Woody youtubes all day

Do us all a favour with that negative attitude and stay home. I'll be there. We will lose but the boys deserve support.

Kreuzer is no certainty to get up for the game. Club is giving him until the last minute to prove his fitness. Here comes super ruck Jones!!! Haha.
