What we don't do well is throw it. When we're tackled, which is often, we try to actually handball the ball out in the assumption that it's what you're supposed to do.

The best teams utilize the throw to perfection... Bulldogs, cats, Hawks historically...

We have to practice our throwing more. Crucial.
