Actually, I don't think we can make it back into the top 2 without a lot of results going our way. Pity, as we started so well, but injuries do not come at our convenience, but at our inconvenience.

One thing I noticed over the last couple of weeks is that our opponents are making our centre clearances less effective. Against the Pies in particular, we got some good centre clearances and gave our forwards a chance. Now it is up and under more.
I guess they did their homework. I would love to see being able to give Vescio and Shierlaw a clear run at the ball for a change.

I reckon the standard of this comp will improve 10 fold next year with a bit more professional development.

The Carlton girls have a heap of upside.
