Last week we were first to the ball so we got the frees.

Tonight we're not first there so they get the majority of them.

Not the umpires fault. It's our own. We are not good enough.

As long as we keep trying, that's what matters. We are playing the undefeated top team, and we are in full rebuilding mode.

Are you sure? Curnow was first to the ball and got pinged for holding it and also for kicking it out deliberately. Murphy gets to the ball first and has his arms chopped, no free. Byrne put down late and its move on. Harvey punches Gibbs in the kidneys and he pushes Harvey over, free to North. Waite stages, free kick. Gibbs tackles Ziebel in the centre square perfectly, push in the back.
