Good on you Blue Sombrero.

I'm planning on adding Mexico to my next overseas family trip just to meet you...and join you with the half glass of ...your choice.

You know I dont think we will get a look in with Mayes, obviously Lennon, Aish, J.Walker and may target a KPF in the draft if not Tomlison and we still have the foundation for a very good team in years to come with Pick 12, 20, 21 to replace those missed opportunities.

Simmo Weitering Zac 2E
Doc Gibbs Yarran
Menzel Everett Thomas
Walker Casbolt Buckley

Kruze, Murph, Cripps,

Int: Armfield, Curnow, BB, Wiley or Graham

Small forward line but maybe we can go fast and keep it in. Still some marking power with Cas, Walks and Thomas (assuming he can still jump).
Swap Menzel with Armfield depending on which menzel is turning up.
Who knows what trades we will get and who will go but wanted to at least see if we had some hope...

B: Plowman Jamison Holman
HB: Simpson Weitering Byrne
C: Tuohy Gibbs Docherty
HF: Walker Tomlinson Everitt
F: Buckley Casboult Sumner
Foll: Kreuzer Cripps Murphy
Int: Graham Thomas Curnow Phillips
At the moment...
Outside run and speed means we can play 2 ruckmen and keep Cas forward.

I still think Rowe will have a role to play in our best22, at least next year, as the second ruck/pinch hit key back role. Would allow Casboult to play permanently forward and provide some insurance if one of the young key backs is taken to the cleaners. Would prefer him to another specialist ruck in Phillips.

With all the kids we're trying to accelerate, it makes more sense to play an extra midfielder and try and get an extra runner ahead of the ball when in possession IMO.

Right now:

FB: Weitering Jamison Byrne
HB: Docherty Plowman Tuohy
C: Buckley Murphy Simpson
HF: Bokehorst Everitt Thomas
FF: Walker Casboult Armfield

RR: Kreuzer Cripps Gibbs

Int: Graham, Curnow, Kerridge, Holman

He'll get games but I only have him for depth. Plowman and Weitering are just too exciting to pass up. You generally will be going too tall otherwise.

What is wrong with the 2nd ruckman theory? Phillips is highly rated and moves better too. Also allows Casboult to stay forward.

I love meeting you guys. Bender and his missus called in for the day when he was on a cruise around the Western Carribbean and I think they enjoyed the day. We certainly did.

Hopefully 2017. Imagine him and Weitering playing in different spots and throwing pre-planned match ups away. Damn it.

If Rowe is still in the best 22 please pass me the cyanide.

Do you think Weitering can slot in at CHB in his first year?

I know nothing about him at all, and based on that wisdom he sounds like a better option than Rowe.

If anyone can, Weitering can.
