Well when injuries struck the GC players coming through from the 2's were no showing too much.
Am I being too harsh?

Fraser took the NEAFL team from winless to 8 wins this year & missed finals by % - despite GC at times struggling to field a team due to injuries. Probably had 1 or 2 GC players playing in NEAFL at times.

He might end up a better coach than number one draft pick.

I heard the other candidate is warmer.

Get it? He is warmer because he is from the GC?

Already the coaches are talking like a team. I liked the fact that he was talking about using Neil Craig as a resource to "lean on " . Definitely think that the NB's will be a key development resource for us going forward. Everyone on the same page.

The fact Bolton had coahed at VFL level will be a good help in creating a unified coaching unit too.

Josh Fraser spoke quite well, he's easiy the best #1 draft pick to coach!

Fresh, driven, unified coaching panel.

Reflective of the vision for the senior side.

I like it.

I spoke yesterday to someone from the Hawks footy dept that I know but see rarely.
He told me that Carlton have got a ripper coach and he is absolutely the right person to lead and rebuild this club.
Bolts is highly driven, fanatical and wants every member of staff to improve in their roles and wants their superiors to help them do that.
I walked away very happy,

Good to hear, thanks for sharing that.
He has a huge job ahead of him so fingers crossed we have got the right person and more importantly has the right people around him for support.

Good on you buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

It is a consistent message we read and hear about BB.

I'm sure current process for learning, development and playing style will be turned on its head. With that, player attitude will improve and sense of belonging to something special, then hopefully a commitment to win and team first approach starting with consistency in effort and perhaps unsociable footy.

I expect the team to improve by 25% just because we have a good communicator with a clear charter for HIS group of players.

Does our incompetent board have the patience to ride out the long wave of pain?!
We are such a long way back due to short sightedness in the past and i'm concerned poor performers like Gleeson etc will still expect quicker results.
