Getting Rowe back will make a difference, getting Doc back will make a bigger difference, would like to get the pre-contract Gibbs back but who knows - maybe the break will do him good.

Good match up for Vickery I would have thought.

any word on cripps?

he hyperextended his knee, and was limping the whole game after coming back on the field.

Also rolled his ankle early in the last quarter.
He was in a moon boot yesterday so I hope the club do the right thing.

Looked a fit fatigued from the start on Saturday.

played a lot of games on the trot now. Time for a break I think.

I think BB just needs some time in the 1st to get with the speed of AFL, you can see the skill is there.
Personally I never rated Johnson so wouldn't be unhappy if he was omitted for the rest of the season.

I'd move Yarran up forward and consider dropping Wood, don't think it's going to work long term playing Wood, Kruezer and Cas.

In: Gibbs, Doch, Rowe
Out: Cripps (INJ), Wood, Johnson

I'm assuming Cripps & Everitt will be missing through injury. Big losses in the short term, but it's about getting them right for the future so let's hope the club does the responsible thing and gives them as long as they need.

On the positives, we should get Gibbs, Docherty, Menzel, Rowe & Walker back this week. Maybe Carrazzo too.

Gibbs in or out, who cares. He doesn't perform to his potential anyway

Smith should not play AFL again this year. His form and lack of application in the VFL is disgusting.

Disagree. If he's fit enough to play, he's in the 21. Rest him completely if he needs a week off.

Should have a few decent 'ins' this week; Gibbs, Rowe and Doc.

Very pleasing to have so many inexperienced and young players against the Dogs and still produce such a competitive performance.

Obviously have to do the right thing by Cripps and only play him if he is a 100% fit. Hyper-extended knee, rolled ankle, and I still had him in our top 3 players for the night.

Tigers might be missing a few as well (Cotchin and Maric).

I don't think it'll happen this week, but I don't know if we can have Wood in the team. It's a dilemma; Kruezer might not be ready to ruck a full game, Levi plays best when left out of the ruck and Wood plays the same role as Kruezer but to a lesser degree of quality. Unsure as to how we can get the best out of those 3.
