I think it was more than that. Port were playing for their season, they were desperate. And we beat them . Good teams find a way to win. Port are legitimate top 8 team and we put them away.
But it was the way that we did it. With force and determination. Very good signs for the future. It is something we can be proud of and build on. We have not had that for a very long time. Never under mm nor ratten.
We uncovered our next captain. Cripps. Murphy stood taller with some protection from our young enforcers. Gibbs showed his harder side.
We have gone from a bunch of cream puffs to warriors in just a few weeks. Amazing.
