In fairness to the club and MLG, he believes MM should coach out the year. I accept that this was a reasonable sentiment. So long as MM is on board with the club's wishes.

MM's recent outburst screams "Sack me, I get paid either way". If MLG does this now I think its fair enough.

If MM wanted to be part of the program he needs to tow the company line (whether he believes it or not). MM refuses to do this and is intent on going rogue.
