Anyone over 26 to be traded...
Haven't done anything with them and won't in the future.
Start all over again.

Negative, played for Northern in their thrilling win; 15 possessions and 4 marks.

Ok I have been thinking, we still have a ridiculous amount of half back flanker types. This is all of the ones who would fit into that category.

Walker
Simpson
Yarran
Tuohy
Docherty
Buckley
Sheehan
Byrne
Dick
Viojo-Rainbow

Why the $#&$^% do we need this many? I know Buckley, Simmo, Yarran and Walker can play elsewhere, so with our existing billions of half backs why don't they?

You're the Belle Gibson of football forums.

I liked Miller, I am sure if you did a search you will find I did mention him

Maybe they view him as capable of playing midfield or performing roles beyond "half back flanker", or perhaps he was just the best available at that particular selection?

Instead it reads as you patting yourself on the back for spotting how great Touk Miller is and how shit the club is for not picking him.

If you didn't constantly either contradict your earlier positions or make fanciful claims of being a Hindsight Hero with absolutely no evidence to support it, perhaps your posts wouldn't require constant "verification needed". Remember the time someone quoted your posts as CJ69 completely contradicting your current views and you claimed it wasn't you?

Getting away from your stouch with Psych, why do we keep doing this with our recruiting? Getting all these half back flankers in the apparent hope they could develop into something else?

Because game style and skills are more important than where they stood sometimes.

Actually the we have "too many half back flanker type" arguement does not wash. It is a running game today. Most of the players on your list are the future. Our problem is that all our injuries and suspensions have come from that list with the result being limited spread and two way run

..you've listed ten players, six of which are capable of playing in other positions.. ..not an issue..

Nope, nothing there.

Plenty of people who did. Not saying Touk Miller is some flash in the pan million to one chance of making it that everyone's clambering aboard - plenty of good junior footy/VFL scouts on here - I'd even list Psych as one of them - I just don't understand his constant obsession with being right all the time and constantly lying when caught out.

I've learnt my lesson.

It may not be the sort of lesson you get from being the target of high school bullies for the duration of your education that inadvertantly leads you to be sexually attracted to toy dinosaurs.. But a lesson in itself I guess.

heard Trigg explain our performance on Friday away because we have a "relatively" young list.............what does that mean?
and is our list younger than doggies..............where is it in relation to the other clubs................

had a good chat to robbert klomp the other day (yep still got that tellie he won) - very interesting observations but I suggested he and a few of his contemporaries need to lead a palace revolt.................

So why do the ones who can play elsewhere play half back?

Selection issue as much as a list issue.

Quote:
BRISBANE is shocked at the audacity of Carlton officials who flew to Queensland on Wednesday for secret talks with looming out-of-contract youngster James Aish.
The Blues play Brisbane on Saturday at Etihad Stadium and Lions officials are taken back by the timing of Carlton’s visit.
Blues football boss Andrew McKay, list manager Stephen Silvagni and chief executive Stephen Trigg flew to the Gold Coast where they met 19-year-old Aish.
The hit-and-hope mission had the Blues also meeting former Australian pitcher and Boston Red Sox Pacific Rim staffer John Deeble to assess recruiting technology.

He also ignored the fact that Collingwood fielded a younger/less experience team than the blues last week.

We were the same age/experience as the tigers, older/more experienced than WC,
