Last year's in the bag, but the idea that we may not even recover to the point of two years ago... wow.

How many are on the phones? 5 people? 10?

Imagine calling all day and getting just 2 people to sign up. No wonder everyone at the club is so depressed.

I think they have a call centre company up in Sydney that they contract out at times, but they definitely make outbound calls for renewals in some capacity.

Honestly, they'd make those numbers just on online signups and renewals. If they're employing anyone to work the phones, they should fire them.
