If they are tanking....wouldn't leaving him in be the way to go?

No bites yet ....

So we're shopping him around?

Why re-sign him for 3 years on good money then? Would've got a good compo pick if he walked as a FA.

Don't understand why we'd be shopping him. He's clearly better than what the injury has limited him to this season. Do people believe him to be unhappy? He shot that rumour down last year

I think one injury plagued year ( despite his metres gained, average disposals and disposal efficiency being nearly identical to last year) has made people forget how good he was last year. 2nd in the B&F. Should've made AA squad. His 2011 was equally as good, albeit up forward. 2012 was also a right off due to injury.

Yes and he has a rare commodity in this team - run and athleticism. Can't afford to give that away.

Unless things have changed since he re-signed, I can't see how we'd suddenly want to get rid of him. As I said, you don't re-sign someone on a good deal if you want to trade them. Especially if we could've just got a compo pick for him.

Ratts wouldn't have let Walker get injured.

He'd have healed him with his psychic karma healing powers.

I read the thread title as 'Walker out for Saison' and got mildly excited that Walks was a consumer of quality pale ale's.
