If the rumours about us having already secured Kinnear Beatson as list manager for 2015 ... I guess McKay is a shoe-in for the CEO role?

..krooz over rated hey?, who has been our match winners this season?, krooz is a match winner, a proven match winner no less, not potentially.. ..look at our list, and name me the proven match winners.. ..then, out of that list, tell me those that are consistent with effort and courage.. ..who are they..?..

Well, this just got creepier.

Krooz a match winner? When? Last time was Port Adelaide eons ago and his first match against Essendon**.

That's ok if you think he is a match winner, but He is not that for me at all.

We don't have many match winners on our list. Yarren, Waite, Hendo have that potential. Walker if played forward.

Granted Krooz is athletic and and all that, but his body is now shot. We probably won't get much out of him now, and this is why we should move him on for the right deal.

Teams should not give up top draft picks for ruckmen, as you can get all the hit outs in the world these days and still lose the match. I reckon they are becoming more redundant.

We need strong midfielders that run both ways, if we don't have that, who cares how good the ruckmen are.

Wood would do a suitable job and he was cheap.

..last time he won us a match, not even half a season ago vs Norf..

....and yet, teams repeatedly use early first round picks on ruckman.. ...why do you think they so..??..

Macs isn't list manager right now. We have a committee. Macca is head of footy.

Didn't someone mention Macca might move into new director of footy role if SOS turns it down?

Carrazzo is one of the laziest, overrated players on our list. You guys wanted him to be captain.

So we rushed him back last week, yay. Was so influential. We need to piss him off..

I think you need to piss off with rubbish posts like that

Would you rather carrots a very capable footballer and one of our best leader out on the field and off get a contract or paying overs for players like ellard, Watson, mcinnes, bootsma, Lucas etc

Carrots at his best is one of the best run with players. Not only can he keep a pendlebury to below 20
Posits he gets 30 himself

I'd much rather reward a champ like carrots then pay overs some of the hacks on our list

I'd rather just assess each player/contract on its merits and potential impact on a structured and long term approach to how the list is managed.

So putting any decision on Carrots as an either/or proposition vs how you treat rookies/fringe players is a typically ludicrous approach from you.

he has been given the task of restructuring the list....

and thats what hes going to do...

people thinking he will be gone after next year are kidding themselves...
he will be at the club for as long as he wants it.. or demonstrates hes taking this list backwards.

the list is at such a low base that nobody believes he will take it backwards except a couple of blokes in here... easily will have another 2 years bolted on to his current contract

he will be given the best support coaching team hes ever had here end of this year....

hamstrung with money problems
next year the mathiesons have pledged the best

Well everyone is entitled to their opinion ... I believe we have gone backwards ... and we are going to slip a lot further. Though I hope I am proved wrong. Some really dumb decisions have been made on and off field that have led to our downfall.

But who knows ... Dr Strangelove might yet prove to us all that 1 premiership in 18 (err nearly 19) years was no fluke.
