Nothing to do with 'Strangelove'.... He's past it and should be sacked apparently

Well done in the end ... Dr Strangelove and the Players. I think this should finally put an end to slow mark and kick (and sometimes bomb) football. To anyone watching ... it was obvious that Carlton play better football when the ball keeps moving (as do most teams). At last some sanity after 1 year of stodgey slow outdated football and it would seem there is a light at the end of the tunnel after all..

Deja vu? Did I read those words last week too?

Absolutely ... credit where credit due ... mind you ... we are still 16th on the ladder.

As long as we are not playing that tricky micky gameplan crap from last year or in the first 4 weeks of this year.

I am not a Dr Strangelove fan ... but eh ... if he changes it up ... happy to give him a tick.
I still don't think he is a good option as coach and I don't think he will put us on track for our next premiership ... but I just love it when the Blues win!

Loved the shepherds of garlett and armfield from that match - hopefully see armfield back in the team soon :)

Great win when the game looked done. Bit of kudos for whipping boys White and Rowe. May not have lots of talent but give all they have. Loved Bucks game and great that Menzel and Bucks kicked the clutch goals. And great leaders game again from Murphy.

Great effort by White tonight ,,,and we all forget he is coming back from a fractured vertebrae ...

The negativity from some is really odd.

So many times we would have lost that game. We we're gone, dead and buried.

Some times you just have to live in the moment, enjoy what's at hand.

There's guys on here that wouldn't enjoy a root, too busy critiquing their own performance.

Gibbs started like a house on fire. Quiet after missing two shots on goal, albeit snaps, and basically handing WC two goals from horrible mistakes

Simmo quiet early, oddly played out of position as a forward. Instrumental in comeback dominating late in centre square

Bucks Jnr a few boo boos but early in the last quarter was one of few who kept running. Kid will be a star

Rowe and Levi both dominant in the air despite underwhelming with ball in hand.

White tore Darling a new one

Jeff good but still apprehensive physically

2E a game he'd rather forget though kicked a goal late to get us back into it

critiquing their partner, not themselves - that would be more Carlton like.

Surprised not much talk about Rowe ! He bloody played awesome I reckon , looked strong in the 1 on 1s ! We have found a decent Backman I reckon

I'm not convinced, in fact I'm very doubtful, but I reckon it's his brain that holds him back. His body is fine, he shows patches of ability - if he could learn to read the game and think faster he could be anything. Mick will make him or break him.

Rowe is very low on confidence - the next step is to back himself to take marks: twice today he two fist punched when he could have taken the mark. If he backs himself to do this he might have career.
Not a great game at all, much a much mor competitive one.

Yeah but let's focus on the errors he made. More TC like.

Yeah, but Lucas was once no good. Buckley was gone. Murphys the worst captain in the afl. Sometimes we tend to be premature.
