No to Parko...out of touch with todays game and to me wouldnt be able to give the board or anyone else reliable feedback as his understanding of the modern game isnt up to it....said it before he appears to be suffering football dementia on the odd times I have heard him make comments..

re: Jim Stynes.....not a bad idea...our Irish lads especially might appreciate Jims know how in many areas of the game....

I'd love it if they just kept him waiting in the wings for the 3 qtr time break when we are getting belted. Watching him hit 56 on the richter scale and seeing that vein on the side of his neck explode would give me no end of satisfaction just knowing that any of the useless lazy SOBs out there were getting their just deserts!!

Love him or hate him you have to admit he used to go off big time and it looked to me like he gave a good spray. I'd love to think of him hooking into Houla after a pathetic tackle attempt or failure to chase his man back.

Nope, his time has passed, rather like Elwood says.

Like Pagan he is too old and the game has passed both them by, we need to bring some more youth into this side of things.

Couldn't agree with you more!

Pagan & Parkin were great coaches in their time, which has past.

You just have to wonder will the board ever learn from many past mistakes?

Look, I don't mind Carlton being a failure, but we need more than just the Mighty Saints and Geelong as Victoria's successful clubs, and I'd rather the Blues improve a little than Scum or Filth!

Sytnes has the right mentality for this day and age for sure.

Parko was tops. No bullshit with him. He'd pay for good players. Not like that tightass Pago Pago. Or Sheeds. Now tehre's a man with vision.

Campo, I love your avatar. Very amusing.

Other than Synbad's from a week or so ago - your quotes are the funniest.
