Like having bootsma Watson and menzel playing - don't understand graham not getting game

Disappointed about lucas but form has tailed off somewhat

Last chance for big knockers to shine - maybe a good game against minson will increase trade value or solidify position on the list

Need to experiment and youth a go given poor season for the team and underperformance by most

When I saw the team , my first thoughts were,

Let's see if Yarran can pay in Lucas' role this week- Yarran doesn't seem to have a proper position this year.

Lets rest Kreuz , give Warnock a go, maybe we ill see Kreuz trialled with Warnock next week instead of Rowe.

I'm thinking its now time to see the options?? Could be wrong

I'm thinking Graham a late inclusion too, but what does that say about MM if it does happen. It's a big deal playing your first game, I'm sure it would suck if he was a late inclusion and he's family and friends couldn't make it.

I'm also still dumbfounded why Bell doesn't get game, he's the sort of player that would send fear into the opposition yet we have Curnow running around, who by the way only managed a measly 8 touches last week. I'm glag Yarran didn't get dropped, now play him off the half bank flank this week and watch him go.

Unfortunately nearly everything my Collingwood supporter mates said about MM have been correct, I never understood why so many Collingwood supporters loathed him but I think I'm staring to learn now.

They hated him for winning a flag and being runner up 3 times

Lol

Yep that was my call too but they were also bagging MM before and after the flags, either way I never liked him and he's cost us games this year with poor selections. He also has a history of getting offside with good players going back to his days at Footscray with Brad Hardie. Don't get me wrong though, just because I don't like MM doesn't mean I don't want him to succeed, I do but ain't seeing much this year that is making me all warm and fuzzy. Time will tell I suppose.

Brad Hardie one of the most selfish players

this is a similar game to when we lost to GC last season, slight hopes of making the finals, playing weaker opposition.

Not sure what your friends said, but I agree about Bell, and Graham.

What about Alexander?

Lucas copped a hit against GC & didn't do much in that game thereafter IIRC. Thought he may have had a spell last week but it's a long season and he's shown enough with the greater opportunity.

understand people's frustration with the Graham non selection. Having said that there are only so many youngsters you can play.

Bootsma, Menzel, Watson and Cachia is a tick for development.

Warnock is handy ruck depth and must make the most of his chance. He's at the crossroads at the club you'd think.

Betts, Yarran and Murph would want to stamp themselves on this one.

Looking forward to the much anticipated dual between Carton Full-Forward Sam Rowe and Bulldog Full-Back Mark Austin. Can't believe more hasn't been made of it.

Pretty sure I'll stay home for this one.

Well now I know your name isn't Albert Morrison.

Reckon this is a lose/lose situation for Sam Rowe.

If Sam kicks a bag, big deal he kicked a bag on Mark Austin.

If Sam gets toweled up, then, shitto!!!

I'm looking forward to seeing Menzel play, I hope he's not the sub and gets four quarters to prove himself
