I watched all of Kreuzer, Gibbs, Murphy play under 18's LIVE...... None of them are playing as they should. Especially Gibbs and Kreuzer.

Whilst I truly believe our recruiting department should all be sacked and started from scratch (Why would u pick players like Watson & Lucas with 1st round picks???)....... I think the problem goes deeper...... We just cannot develop players to their full potential!

Our recruiting department has been turned over.

Last year was the first draft for them.

Those Collingwood kids played tonight, I don't even know their names. If we had pick up anyone of them in the draft we would have called it draft pick of the century. We never ever could pick up anyone like them in the draft, those kids are just so willing to work hard, with lots of gut running.
