How does Lucas get a gig over Bell?

Runs harder.

I like Bell in too.

Especially against fat Bummers midfielders: aka lab rats.

Bell was awful last week. Simply no awareness and incredibly slow. I'm sure he's better than what he showed but still...Lucas was nearly our best last time he played with three goals and twenty possies. No brainer that call.

THIS, on last week.

He's good but he showed signs of laziness.

last week when he should have been trying to pack 4 quarters into one given he was substituted at 3/4 time. Can't afford that this week.

Outside run and connecting players v. inside grunt and a bit of damage. I think we need more of the former and we're ok for inside grunt. We lose the bit of damage.

I belive that in a Grand Final you need a few who can and will do damage.

On queue every time with Wallsy, wish he had come out and bagged carlton for failing during these times of big games...

I hope MM gets that article in front of the players and tears it to shreds and wipes his arse with it..

This is the game where it all needs to click. None of this 10-15 minutes of laziness in a quarter.
Whoever said bell was the next kouta must have been on drugs. I don't think we will see him in the seniors ever again.

I think their outs are important.
Bellchambers has been playing OK but someone had to go to make way for Daniher (201cm).
Jetta is bloody quick and his loss slows them down.

Their ins are OK but IMO if the game is played in the open spaces, the will be too slow to keep pup. I think that's another reason Lucas was brought back.

MM is going to run them off their feet.

We just have to slow Watson down a bit to get the ball going our way from the clearances.

Blues by a fair margin.

(Who are you going for Moshe? Just asking.... hehe)

Sub will be interesting. Obvious choice is Cachia, but you'd like to have him as an option to run with Watson or Stanton. Not sure he could go with Watson, but can anyone? Only other option for sub is Lucas.

Curnow to Stanton, and Armfield must run with Zaharakis. Which means Sugarcane's going to be mighty upset, as Armfield won't be playing CHB.

Armfield on Hibberd for me. Armfield will shut him down just like he did Hurn against WCE. Without Dempsey & Armfield blanketing Hibberd, they'll have no rebound out of defense and play makers :)
