I'd tell those clubs to piss off. They were pretty vocal against it when they had to play there and now that there arses are being pounded by Etihad they want a ''boutique'' stadium.

Install a spur line from Royal Park station for the no. 55 tram to Royal Parade.
That way the lazy people don't have to walk for 15 minutes.

Nothing wrong with the surface or the $$$ we make from the stadium MF.
Year after year we just have it wrong. The AFL and TC members keeps telling us so.

My concern now is it is only being talked about as a bargaining chip in negotiations with an early etihad purchase.

It still makes a lot of sense though, and the numbers are now $150m.
