Would this be the first time we have ever played Freo in a pre-season game?

Can't remember it happening before to be honest.

We played them down in Bunbury a couple of years ago I think.

Very good. Will be interesting to see how we play on a ground we usually struggle at, and Freo are quite a quick team.

Maybe in winter but you would think they would leave it open in summer, like they do for the A League.

Sometimes the performance doesn't match the foreplay, which can often result in wondering what you saw in the person to begin with.

I can't quite remember but I think they are now using 4 on the bench and 3 subs for NAB Cup?

B: Tuohy Jamison Laidler
HB: Yarran Henderson Duigan

C: Lucas Carrazzo Simpson
Foll: Warnock Judd Murphy

HF: Gibbs Rowe Robinson
F: Betts Casboult Walker

Int: Kruezer Bell McLean Ellard
Subs: White Armfield Garlett

Em: Davies Dale Joseph

It was opened for the 6.40 start last week but this commences at 7.40.

If the weather is warm and fine I can't see the point of closing it, but I don't know what they'll do.

Mick would have given Watson clear instructions and will have eyes on him tonight at the NB's practice match.

Maybe Watson was the player who missed out due to the interchange cap?

Its the AFL - in attempting to make it up as they go it will be a case of asking the magic eight ball for advice, unless of course its snowing, then the roof will be open
