Just received an email with the Carlton Shop Summer e-Catalogue attached.

A good initiative by the club and I have ordered a few items for Xmas presents for my Carlton supporting son and my nearly converted half Bomber/half Blues supporting wife. I reckon the Carlton stubby cooler will surely tip the scales in favour of Carlton as far as the missus is concerned.

However, I have one gripe after perusing the catalogue......... do you have to be size 2x or smaller to show your support of Carlton. There is not one item of clothing larger than 2x.

I am size 3x in most shirts, and T shirts but haven't been able to buy an authentic blues T shirt since I purchased 5 a couple of years back. I often buy size 4x or 5x polo's as it is more comfortable to wear loose clothing in the Darwin climate. I have provided feedback via the Clubs membership surveys for the past 3 years suggesting that I would be prepared to purchase a very large number of tops if they pruduced them in a bigger size. I have received no response.

If any TCer has contacts with our merchandise people could you please pm me to put me in touch to see if I can order a bulk supply of stuff that fits.

Bad to hear that you have had no response, and I wouldn't know where to start to get the information you need.
I would have done the same as you did...send a courteous email and wait for a courteous reply.

Its always the same - they also stock small fits of most items, so even when advertised as a certain size, they are a small fit. I am not able to wear any clothing that our club sells
