Carlton FC - so why is Judd hearing charges when Cyril Rioli arguably did the same act a week before and it wasn't even mentioned in the match review?

AFL are Gomorra

Yes and why was someone only fined $900 the last time this happened?

Flogs.

Gleeson was a horse racing steward. WTF would he know about AFL :?:

Not sure you have to know much about AFL to see what was going on.

thats the point ... would have been nicer if he ran through him and gave him a good ol Byron Pickett.

what he did was cowardly.....and nothing to do with footy...

just have to call it what it is...

And im sick of having to barrack for Carlton in the tribunal...when they cant get their shit together in the real competition.

As soon as i saw it i knew he was [REDACTED]!!!.... the question is how [REDACTED]!!!???

Wilson for Judd: Tribunal has to be extremely careful given Adams' history of suspect shoulders.

Can we show these as evidence? Surely we have compiled these and have them ready to go.

Maybe in the appeal, which has more of a legal bent to it than this horseshit.

As long the punishnment fits the crime I don't have a problem. My only concern is that this media circus and hysteria will sway the tribunal in handing out an outrageous penalty to make him an example.

Do you reckon we will appeal though?

Wilson: Judd embarked on a quite legitimate action (trying to stop Adams disposing of ball) that ends up in an illegitimate action

Reckless in not appreciating risk of danger to Adams in carrying out his legitimate intention.

Wilson QC letting rip with the legalese at the moment!
