Before you come on here to gloat about a great victory over the filth...

It's not my victory. I'm not a part of this, even less than I, as a meaningless supporter normally am. I've been happy to come on here and shitcan (perhaps still rightly) coaching staff, management, players, mental aptitude, approach, philosophy, and anything else I can think of.

I have championed the value of Collingwood -40 at $2.30 all week as value of the season.

I have not entertained in the slightest the idea that this rabble of the past month could even get close to the best team in the competition.

As such, whilst I'm rapt at the result, and will happily put my hand up and say that there is a possibility I've written them off too early, I realise that I jumped off this bandwagon, rightly or wrongly, and I know I'm not alone in this. Let's view it for what it is, both with what is behind us in mind as well as a long 8-10 weeks ahead.

Go Blues.

I'm superstitious...

Locking until the final siren.

If we lose it's getting deleted.

Let's face it, this season has been a disaster to date and we still have serious issues to resolve...

...but we beat the Pois twice, and that makes me smile

I tipped the Blues tonight. Just had a feeling.

Long way to go, but that win will do wonders. Will make moderating around here for the next week easier......

Fair call Rhino. The North game, without a week of intense media scrutiny will be the real test.

Right now, I'm going to enjoy this win quite a lot!!! :smoking:

Great win!
Sets the minimum.
Means we should be doing at least this.
If were not.. there is something wrong.

I'm enjoying it quite a lot, believe me.

I just know I have no right to, all things considered.

Irrespective, back to the barfridge...

Good response.

Sets a minimum for the players first with the workrate and effort, and secondly for the coaching staff to make some match winning moves, like Duigan forward.

My name is Bluey44
And I admit I didn't think we would win.

Glad to be proven wrong

Go blues!

Most satisfying thing is that no-one on here called that. Can understand that plenty are calling out for Walker to play the role he did tonight, and we can see why.

Duigan forward. Wowee.

Closer to the forward set up we used last year...
