Yes it was Mots.

Michael Aish was a champion ruck-rover / wingman type who played 307 games for Norwood.

He would've been courted by most "big" Victorian club, but at that stage the SANFL had the player retention scheme going so that gave him the extra coin to stick with Norwood (same for Garry McIntosh)

The 1983 medal was a debacle. Kernahan should have won it. Argent who reported him was lucky that Harry (Kernas Dad) didn't kill him that night of the Magarey. The report was a square up, and one that Argent said he regretted making and shouldn't have done so. Sticks polled 44 votes. 2 votes per game average when you could get a maximum 3 per game. Outstanding.

Doc, the bloke who did that you tube video has a immense collection of SANFL footage, some fantastic stuff of the SANFL in there . Good Glenelg man too :thumbsup:
