Good interview...

Didn't realise the club got Leigh Matthews in for a chat with the boys. Interesting.

Interesting to hear Leigh Matthews was at the club during the week.

Not entirely sure why anyone would consider this match "Mission Accomplished"

I think it refers to the suggested benchmark set for Ratts.

Fantastic.

Awesome to send these arseholes out of the finals with a belting. Great seats up in Q25 too.

Hope you're right. But my first impression was not good, and it was quite late. Laidler has been a great acquisition - thank God for the riches of the Cats defence :donk:

He'll be fine....and the bump did the job beautifully  .

I thought the bump on Hille was absolutely fine. Even if it was a little late, I don't believe he got him in the head. However, did anyone see Laidler also get Melksham? If anything that one looked to be of more concern, though I think it was probably accidental.

Froze my arse off in Q47. Great seats, but very sterile atmosphere up there in the MCC. Too many neutrals.

N53 was chokkas with iamcarltons.
we did some good chanting and singing...great view..very nice the Olympic Stand...
However, I had Sunshine envy of the 3/4's of the stadium that was in warm light.
Brrrrrrrrrr!!!!

Absolutely rapt with that. Well done Brett Ratten. I still have doubts about him, but much like the way he played he finds a way.
As a mate said, I`m hearing a roar after some of those goals i have not heard for a long time.
Loved looking up and seeing bays of blue going off. Loved hearing the song being sung in the 3rd qrt.
You could just tell the previous Elim` Finals losses burnt deep with the players. Just so determined.
And salute to whoever selected the music before the start of the game. Right Here Right Now (Fatboy Slim) to Carlton clips is great but My Pal (GOD) was a sensational start to the game.

On the way home on the train, someone asked a bombers guy how the footy went. "Carlton smashed us". Never a sweeter statement has been made.

I'm from Tassie

Great games from Robbo, Warnock, and T-bird.

Some really good defensive efforts by Joseph, Laidler and Carrazzo and I thought Ellard was really good in the packs too!

Walker was fantastic all day with his run in the middle and up the gound
