What about the scary one from the 70s and 80s? Royal blue skin with navy blue freckles, I had a bendy figure of him. He looked a bit like Robbie Muir.

The real Captain Carlton (the current cartoon doesn't look anything like him ) used to ride on a hovercraft at Optus Oval in the 90s and do somersaults to the refrain of Lou Gramm's "Midnight Blue" (with awesome Carlton lyrics!) and a little later to the classic Eurocheese dance track "I'm Blue". The real Captain Carlton looked like Kouta.

So if it was the real Captain Carlton I'd say he was the best sinceBlue Ruckle. But if it's the cartoon one (which is totally fake!) I'd go for the scary one from the 80s, even though I don't think he was really real either.
