Got mine today...except no certificate My card says I've been a member since 2002 but I've got all my membership cards since 1991 and just assumed they didn't record it until 2002.
Should I call or email club?

My little niece's extra's pack came in the mail today and wow was that jam packed! It barely fit into my letterbox there was so much in it. Pretty good value for a juniour I think.

Seeing her little face light up as she opened it up was just awesome.

But then seeing my mother's (who is a Collingwood supporter) face come to the relisation that her grandchild is never going to be a Pies supporter. It made my day/week

Contact them and ask for them to amend their records, i did it for my eldest daughter a few years back and they did it no worries.

Got mine and BabyK's yesterday. MrsKK's hasn't come yet. The vagaries of the way they're posted, I guess.

The cap is still a bit on the cheap side, but not bad. The scarf is a nice touch. The keyring is actually a good one this year.

Just tried to call membership line...waited on hold for about 20 mins then got the option to leave message and contact details which hung up on me before I could record anything...wouldn't have been a good impression if I was calling to join up

I have called them a couple of time and they are like any call centre really - if you ring first thing you get through quickly but later in the day around lunch it's a long wait.

got mine yesterday....cap ...which is a bit ordinary...but better than last years...scarf...cause i joined before xmas....but no certificate.....
