Good luck, Carlton.

Great win - amazing what a deep and classy midfield can do.

They are pretty good.
Should give it a shake this year.
Much better drilled than last year and just keep things simple.
2nd half we always had more numbers at the contest.
Ridiculous playing in empty stadium in Alice Springs

I enjoyed watching this game for a couple of reasons.
1: The Blues played well and it was a pretty good standard game. Well done.
2: Watching on Fox from Darwin it brought back memories of playing at Traeger Park, Alice Springs for 5 years after Cyclone Tracy. My coach for a couple of those years was Carlton 1968 Premiership player Bill Bennett who coached our side to the clubs first ever premiership.

The girls are doing us proud right now and Harf is doing a great job.

Agree. Some good skills displayed in a tight, hard contest. But God, I wish they'd fix the time-keeping rules.

Excellent!

I thought we were a bit sloppy in the first half but Melbournes pressure may have contributed to the rushed kicks and decision making.

Harf and the players clearly regrouped at 1/2 time and put on a powerful display to overwhelm the dees, who are no mugs. Very impressive. Love their attitude.

Can’t say enough positives about the leadership of this team who essentially just have everyone onboard and fully committed.

Keep it up. :)

Here here...
Outstanding second half. Stood up, piled on the pressure and put Melbourne out of the game...
Well Done!

Go Blues

We won despite the holding the ball rule not applying to Daisy Pearce.

It was great to actually hear the sound of the players boots thump into the football as they kicked it while watching the broadcast, I haven't been to a live game for a long time now and it brought back happy memories.....
