Who reads this site from the MC

Just remind 22 players the game, including the first quarter starts at 7.40 not after half time.

Maybe then we wont have to catch up.

We beat Melbourne - We got off to a fair start.

Haven't done it since. many reasons for this but most might be remedied by the MC this week.

We definitely need to win or break even in the frist quarter. We can't afford to play catch up footy any more, our skills just arn't good enough.

Melbourne kicked the first 2 goals of the match from memory.

We need to be up 3 - 4 goals if we are going to be up on our last game against the Tigers. And if we are 5 in front at quarter time, that will put us in a good position to win by more than 10 goals. We're going to need the percentage.

The midfield have to kick early goals.

The last 3 weeks we have started each game playing catch up footy. Could the reason be for such slow starts be that the players are not inspired by Denis, reason why i say this i remember reading an article saying in 1999 and 2000 the Kangaroos players had lost Denis and it got to a stage players like Stevo, Arch and Kingy pretty much motivated the side because they got nothing from Denis. its obvious we look flat and once the game looks gone pride steps in and the players dont want to lose, last night Lance made mention about rebounded from the back line and nothing to kick o up forward so could it be this style of game plan and the coach could be contributing to such poor starts.

Was he referring to our slow starts when he mentioned that when rebounding there was no one to kick it to?

Oh yeah and what else of interest did he have to say? Leadership questions? The recruits? Raso?

I think last week the umpiring game all the momentum to the Hawks in the first quarter.

As long as we get our match-ups right we should be fine against the Tigers. We won't have Teague playing on Stafford for a start, so we're already in a better position than last season.
