That's what they said when we beat them in 2001 with 3 of our best out or in 94 when Geelong had 3 top players out. I wouldn't like to get over confident just because they have a few players out. |

Agreed BW, We did it to them in 2001 without SOS, Bradley and Allan IIRC |

normally i would agree with that. but no llyod and possible no lucas who is going to score their goals? if it wasnt for lucas with 4 they would have looked really embarassed on saturday night. Yes - you can miss key players and win a game - but not when you two main scoring options are out. Add to that, that Hille and possibly Laycock are to miss as well? Sorry - they are just to depleted to even be given a chance, unless it rains like hell or something. |

If he doesn't play all it means is their 2 best forwards are out but so are our best 2 backmen which evens it out. I think it will be a lot closer than a lot of people are saying. |

If all of those players are out, they can lose and then say they weren't taking it seriously. Just like in the Wiz Cup ![]() Maybe Sheedy might be forced to give some young players a go. Has Sheedy caught Ted Richards in bed with one of his daughters or something? For whatever reason, he doesn't seem to be a favourite. He should ask Kevin Walsh how to become a project player. I'm sure if Ted wanted to come to us, we wouldn't turn our back on a 194 cm marking forward. And what about Lovett-Murray. How could they not promote him onto the senior list last October after he played 20 games for 21 goals? He is the tall and mobile forward they could use right about now. |

If any of Essendon*'s backmen give Fev any trouble, I'd suggest flinging his arms around like some sort of mad helicoter while being held by the jumper. According to the AFL tribunal tonight, it's a totally legal move that carries no penalty. |

All the Henneman talk sounds a bit Shannon Watt-esque hope he doesn't come out and kick 5 or anything stupid like that. Also Kepler Bradley had a blinder against the Dees he could be a tall marking option for the Bummers, also Cupido working his way back to form and if Lovett-Murray comes in. It aint all going to be a walk in the park. |

I think this is what Sheeds wants to be under dogs against the bombers arch rivals. It is going to be a great contest |

Lucas & Fletcher. 2 of the most overrated footballers in the competition IMO. Lloyd being out is offset by T-Bird being unavailable Stop Jason Johnson & we win!!! |

Sumo you got to be kidding Fletcher is a gun he has played on some of the best fowards and never really has his colours lowered. As for Lucas he would definately slot in perfectly as a CFH foward for us and what bull sh!t he wont play cause he split his webbing tape the 2 fingers and were a glove problem solved. I dont think we should underestimate the bombers when the blues and bombers play against each other anything is posible, remember they have played against us in the wiz cup so they know our game plan and what to expect, its our first game at the G and we looked a little tired last week and a 30 degree day aint going to help the cause. We need a 3rd target in the foward line like a longmuir or Morell the problem is Longmuir is underdone and Morell has to play down back, waitey also underdone and walks out this could be a interesting game. |

Kernahan & more recntly Fevola? As far as Lucas is concerned, he is soft & one dimensional. This week is no certainty & I don't under estimate the bumbers. But I still think that Jason Johnson is the key |
