Stated that we were flat. Stated that he felt good, but agreed that he had lost some agility. Looking for big things from Karl Kangaroos had planned to counter Fev and Lance plus our poor delivery did not help matters Reckons Setanta will give 100% if selected. Kouta seemed dissappointed by the loss but not devasated. Reckon we will come out hard next week. |

Livo? Is it an ankle or a knee? Walker -? |

Livo did his ankle and Walkers done his calf again. Not sure how long for either but @#$%&! i'm glad it's only an ankle for Livo and Walkers gotta get that calf right. If he's feeling good, give him another week. We don't have to have Walker playing and we don't want to get any recurring problems in there. Also, how dumb are the Carlton supporters that are calling up. There giving us a bad name ![]() |

I am convinced it was a knee but others are saying its an ankle, either way it is serious if Pagan is talking elevating Setanta. Will wait for the offical report. |

It looked awfully like how Kouta did his knee against Richmond |

Kouta said that it was a seriously rolled ankle. If he's correct i'd give it about 2-3 weeks. |

Carey was 100% correct when he said even though Fev didnt get many opportunities he still kicked 3 goals which is a good effort when you consider the space he had to work in today |

I agree, Effes. If Fevola can contribute 3 goals in a disappointing game for him and the team, that's a wonderful sign of his continued improvement and consistency. Basically that's what sets apart players like Lloyd and the other gun forwards of the past. They don't always play well. They're not always streets ahead in talent (certainly I think Mants was spot on when he said that he thought Fev had at least equal, if not superior talent, to Lloyd!). But they consistently contribute on the scoreboard. I had my doubts about Fev making the ton. But if he can keep kicking 3 or 4 on his down days, then he should give it a pretty good shake! |
