I find it really surprising that Ayres was able to walk straight into that job at Fox. Given the man's history: 1 GF, and then managed to systematically destroy 2 clubs (from memory), I wouldn't want his opinionon the weather while standing outside, let alone on something like footy, and teams with actual ability.
