Whitnall Ballants??????
Im not the greatest fan of Whitnall but he does not deserve to be in the Bullants. He is one of our deputy captains and can play back or forward. Im sure other players derserve to be played in the Bullants before Whitnall does.

And they say I'm negative.

Whit's is possibly too short to be a KPP but he's the best we got. Wiggo can do a job when asked. The others what I'd do with them allegedly happens irregularly in Lygon St. with shady characters.

Walker- Attacking HBF'er... Remember guys, where did he make a name for himself in the TAC cup? Backline. Chuck him back there and let him do his thing.

Lance- Floating around the backline. Up forward if needed... Just let him read the play. If his opponent kicks a couple doesnt matter, as long as it doesnt get to out of hand and he creates.

Davies- Hmmm i'd give him a bit of a tagging role some weeks. Goal sneak others. Relief midfielder other weeks and Bullants when we dont need him for anything else. Give him a chane though. Let him make his name for himself, got the talent.

Sporn- Bullants probably, but give him the last 5 or so rounds in seniors. Release some media comments, build him up, hopefully get a trade for him.

Wiggins- Grunt in midfield. Bullants. Good little team player. Maybe a defensive forward some weeks?

Houlihan- Midfield.

Davies - FP/HFF/Bullants
Sporn - BP/HBF/Rover/Bullants

It's painful watching Lance's oppenent 30m in the clear and kicking 3 easy goals.

When did that happen Zippy?.....the 3 EASY goals.

Oh yeah....and if he had a couple kicked against him, did he also contribute? or are you just looking at one side of the coin.

Name a backman who hasn't had a couple of goals kicked against them. Irrelevant.

SOS had 10 kicked against him. Shit happens.

Lance is valuable, versatile, and different.

Having said that:

IMO:

Lance HF/FP (HB when they need support.
Walker HB
Houla Wing
Wiggins Bullants
Sporn Tagger
Davies Bullants
Carrots midfield
McGrath BP
Lappin Wing
Saddington CHB
Livo FB
Thornton HB
Hartlett BP

Lance is probably the most important player in our team this season, depending on how he goes, could make the deifference in a few games. He will never give up, he never drops his head like Fev does, even when he gets beaten he makes an impact on the reverse side. He isn't the fastest when marking a player but has no trouble finding space when on the attack.

So where do you think Lance should play in 06.... What would you do if you were Pagan?...
