Which Blues player are you most looking forward to seeing in action this season?

Is it one of the new fellas?
One of last year's new recruits?
One of the younger regulars ready to take the next step?

The prospects are exciting even if team success might be a season or two away.

It's a hard one to pin down, but I'd probably say Bentick. I reckon if this kid steps up he will become the new lynchpin of our midfield. We have really only had Kouta in the last few years who can get the ball out of packs on a consistent basis. We all know he has his downsides but I think most footballers do, and the smart ones play to their strengths to minimise their weak points. If Bentick can do this he'll be a star.

Just one?

Probably Walker. I reckon he's ripe to let loose very soon, in a late 90's early 00's Koouta type way.

Hoping 2006 is Walk's season.

Im honestly looking forward to see every player this year, cant wait to see how Fev goes, kouta and Stevens, not to mention the new young brigade.

If i had to pick one, i would have to say Marc Murphy becuase he was our 1st number 1 pick and there is such a big future for him. Looking Forward to Walker, Waite, Fisher, Bentick & Simpson.

Hartlett.

What's stopping him from being developed by being played a kick behind play ala LRT?

I don't know how fast, agile and fit Hartlett is compared to LRT, but I'm looking forward to the day his prodigious kick and frame are unleashed.I miss the days when Carlton had quality bigmen at both ends of the ground and in the ruck.

Looking forward to the footy! ....especially the 2006 Carlton team!

Feeling the excitement already, and hoping for natural improvement in lots of our young players like AB and Carrots and Simmo and Archie and the appearance of Murph in our senior side.

Certainly AB is the No1 'must watch' in the Caz's home.

The class of 2005 in Blackers, Hartlett and Jordan Russell will be under scrutiny from Mrs Caz. For me it's also the other 2nd level guys like Carraz, Sporn, Wiggo, Banno, Chambers and Cory who can't get any fitter so just have to win that darn footy in 2006.

Regards Cazzesman

For me it would have to be Waite, Walks, AB's - he was so exciting last year, Carrotts, Hartlett, Simmo & Marc Murphy.

Fevola.
I think he was already under the pump a touch given the disappointing finish to the year, but add injury and I think he certainly has it before him to show that he is a very good player (which I know he is)

I love the Fev and really hope he does well in 2006 and beyond. With a good Carlton side around him, he is the type of player that can add the class factor that makes that important difference in the big games.

Go Fev and GO BLUES!!! :P

-For me it is Banno, he is huge now! (see sig)

-Walker, he's body is ready now! he no longer looks like a boy but still think he is 3 years away before we see he's best

- Kennedy, watching him move the other day at training was magic! taking the ball out in front in the rain was great! Moves like Jarred and hits the ball hard!

Marc Murphy. Its always interesting to see guys play for the first time so include all our draft picks.

Of the others, Setanta, Walker and AB.

Bluebull

There is 15000000 inch of unfilled love tunnel is Australia. The mission of the Sexy Squad is to fill that space!

I suspect Mrs Palmer will still see her fair share of action judging by what I saw the other day at PP.
