I know that most people would pick the Prendergast super goal but I am interested to know what people have as their 3/2/1 in terms of the best goals scored in the Wizard Cup.

Mine are:

3) - Fevola's goal (last goal of match?) when he received a nonchalant look away handpass from Davies. Reminds me of the style and class of the early 80's teams.

2) prendergast's goal - intercept and long bomb.

1) Fev's goal after stealing the ball and snapping across body 40 metres out. 2nd quarter?

HAVE to give a notable mention to Judd. That guy is insanely talented. That goal he kicked in the third quarter was pure gold. I will be attending West Coast matches wherever possible just to see Judd. A player of the future.

3 - Fev's strip of Staker and angle goal.

2 - Prenda's bomb

1 - Campo's in the last where we took it from FB to goal in about 15 secs.

3 - Fev's open goal sealer

Same here Deano

Prenda
Prenda
Prenda

...we've come to expect the freakish goals from Fev but Prenda's came out of nowhere and did it rock the dome. :D

Goal of the night went to Preda's steal by the length of TD and what about Justin's (try to) mark of the night :D . Lappin ofcourse showed him how to bring it down after would's, but Justin's was a true leap.

Can I just say, this game had it all. Seriously one of the best games I have seen of late.

Surrey I think the consensus was - as good as Matty's was - Livo's took the prize.

Thanks BB. As per normal, didn't see this thread.

Seriously though, I think if I held my hand out of the box towards Justin's hands we could have shaken. Some-one mentioned they could see it coming and he could not be further from the truth. He had a fantastic clear run.

Yes it was sensational - amazing watching the match on Foxtel there was no replay of the attempt. Imagine if Neon Leon had done that; we would have seen 18 replays and he would have won the car!

3. Judd's 9 pointer.
2. Prendergast's 9 pointer.
1. Fev's tackle, then pick up from the boundary line.
