As I mentioned in the Carlton vs. SS thread, I'd like to get some new blood into the side again. If anyone out there on either Carlton forum (TC, TBV, CSC) wants to play and hasn't played before, please put your hand up and help us beat Collingwood. We have lost the last 3 matches and I'll be damned if we lose to Collingwood. |

i actually spoke to fort the other day and he was keen on joining my indoor footy team. He isnt nominating this year he wants to win another morrish medal and then hopefully get drafted, like rodan did and Brent harvey and so on. We spoke about some players and he said Marc Murphy wasnt anything special said ellis was better. Also Richard Douglas, his best mate at the club, may be heading to freo with there first pick. Said Kennedy was the best KPP, He also said the Oakleigh chargers ruckmen was the best this year, i forgot his name though. |

yep, count me in. better get out the boots again CK!!!! hey Barone: GET FORT!!! seriously.... ask him to play just to "keep his eye in".. he can even take time on the bench so as not to interfere with his pre-season training. They don't have to know its Fort Caruso.... we can just tell them he's Marc Murphy or some dropkick like that... *gee.... I might struggle to get my brother-in-law to play against a Collingwood site......* |

Count me in again. I know it's Carlton v Collingwood but hopefully the spirit of these social games will remain intact? Daniel will play also provided that he's free, and he might be able to get a mate or two like what he spoke about to you PJ. |

@#$%&! great response, guys. Have sent out about 12 or so PMs to other blokes and have got a mixed bag at the moment. So we will probably be adding some new blood to the side. Good to have you back, Barone, but I reckon you might have been pushed out of your forward pocket possie by Shagger and Nick/BnZ. I'm sure we'll find a spot for you though. Bring Butera down, too. Hopefully Danny will be able to play again. He was exceptional all over the ground against SS. Coming back to this thread and seeing all the responses has certainly lifted my confidence in having 20 blokes turn up on the day. |
