Little changes like these can break the monotony at freshen things up a bit.
Good to see things improving. :)

"It's good to see the young kids in here in their first season and see how they handle it and look back and think, 'that's what I was like'. Sixteen premierships have gone through here and a number of runners-up and constant finals series. (I'm) pretty proud to have been one of the people that helped make this club so great."

What a great line from Peter Dean.
We may not have the facilities of Brisbane, West Coast, Saints etc but a proud history can never be removed.

Peter Dean is true blue. Hope he returns to the football dept. sooner rather than later.

Peter Dean, still playing the game for the CFC just like the 95 GF. The bloke would bleed blue if you cut him. Still remember that smother & goal, or his falling off the dias when getting his medal.

How cool was this bit?

"You walk through here and you see the Silvagnis and the Fitzpatricks and the fellow I tracked down, Bert Conley, who's on my locker. He played (135) games (and) I got to track him down. I'd never heard of him and never saw him play, but I actually had a chat to him about his career recently and it's just a part of history … it's a real honour."

Who do I have to f*ck to get players with that sort of pride, passion and belief now?

Every player on the list should be made to do this - research a past player that wore their number - find out a bit more about him, and the history of the place.
