I don't know about you - but cricket and all other summer sports don't hold much interest for me, so i have started this weeking watching some footy games on tape.


This week i have been watching that dvd - Carlton - memorable moments. It has highlights of each grand final and of various star players. I had never seen that footage of barassi before, so for that alone it has been good.


Has anyone else succumbed ?

Fox Footy are currently showing every game from 2001- 2005. Unfortunately not the best period the club ever had but a few good memories there occasionally.

Now boys, ... this is sad! Watching videos of old games to find something to cheer about.

If you are looking for a team to cheer for over summer, you should catch a netball game .... with a particular team. The Carlton girls (girlfriends of current Carlton players) have fielded a netball team and are unbeatable. They have been cleaning up - winning by 30 to 40 points every week.
