I had the best time at the game tonight, shared the joy with TC'ers PJ, Fullmont, Scotty, Tommi, Cammo, Danielle, BlueHammer (champagne tickets mate), and many more, we truly went NUTS. Wat a top game for us, Bad news with Thornton though, but he will be back.

AND ONE MORE TIME FELLAS - BREEENDAN FEVOOLLLAAA. lols.

Remember this:

Quote:
Pagan and Blues captain Anthony Koutoufides were all smiles on the victory dais, which was a far cry from 2004, when St Kilda coach Grant Thomas and captain Lenny Hayes were ashen-faced despite their side's pre-season victory.

I wish I could have seen it live like you guys but great to hear you mob had a good time.

From Darwin the TV coverage was delayed so had to block out any previous news to feel like it was live.

My wife is a Bombers fan and barracked madly for the Blues all night so I may convert her yet.

love the felling when your team wins a big game- especially when you share it with friends and family

Yeah, the rowdiness of some fans in the social club just spoilt it for others.

Fantastic effort by the boys, Dennis and co. I dont really care about the wizard cup im happy just seeing passion and determination, team unity, the Carlton fighting spirit that we have been starved off. Like Kouta said this is a stepping stone to better things and the club and players have to work even harder to really reap the rewards off and on field, Pagan job is only began believe me there will be better things to come like Nick Dalsanto

I'm very disappointed with the boys......a couple of reasons:
1) Demetriou wasn't there, and
2) it's the wrong finger they're holding up at him!

Yeah had a great night with all the TCers.

I tell you our chant was catching on as the night went on.
First it was just our little group who was doing it but then it spread like a virus and pockets of people were doing it as well.

When walking down to the Social Club, we did it on the way and other people caught on to it and were doing it as well.

Once in the Social Club a lot more people were doing it.

Unreal.

I think even Prender loved it as well.

I was on the other side of the side of the room from where you guys were, the chant sounded fantastic that it got us going to.......

What a wonderful night to remember, it' s been a long time, the atmosphere on the ground was just electrifying..... didn't want it to be over... I find (as much as I loved going to OO) I'm slowly adjusting to being at the Dome.

Is it just me or does Lance not have an upper or lower body in that pic?

That's how he lost so much weight. He had a complete torso-ectomy

Yeah I know he was, Fid.
By looking at the pic and taking it on face value, it looks as though there is only a Lance head and the rest of his body isn't there.

It's Mini-Lance...

People, I wish I had been able to see the game live, I have trouble joining the AFL website to watch games, so I am going to have to live by reading a bunch of reviews of the game... hopefully some other site will have it online at some stage so I can watch Fevola's sensational performance... The taste of victory is so much sweeter when it comes after 2 bitter years of failure!

Congrats lads, and crossed fingers for the Thornbird...
