Hot off the press actually from my mobile that Fev wanted to move to the tigers and part of the deal would also benefit his now wife Alex.

Alex runs her own photography studio according to my source part of the lucrative lure is that the tigers had offered to set up Alex a new photography studio in Richmond and would help promote her and her work. Part of the deal was that she would have exclusive rights to shoot Nathan Browns fashion label and play a major role in promoting the label.

Fev was impressed with how much they were interested in Alex's career and thought that this would be a great career move for both. Alex was pushing hard for the move as this would be a great opportunity for her and she thought the whole Richmond, Photography, Nathan Brown thingy would suit her and create bigger and better opportunities.

There was a lot at stake here, Fev was in a tough position and made a choice that i believe came from the heart and not with his head.

I think that this should be investigated by the AFL. Clubs dealings should only involve the player ad Football.

This is the second time now the Clinton Casey trys to buy his players through his dealings. He enticed Nathan Brwon over by assuring him a slice in the property development pie he has and now these offers made to Brendon and his partner. Something should be done about this the same goes with Eddie and Chanel 9

What sort of Photography does she do?

Richmond can suck my hairy balls. I hope their constant efforts at topping up turns to shit (even more than it has so far)

What "choice" does a contracted player have?

I would be surprised if the players partner's income isn't considered in some way under the TPP, especially as the work would "miraculously" start after Fev started at Punt Rd

There was no choice to be made, it's irrelevant - he is contracted so the club don't give 2 stiffies about how many photo labs Alexis or whoever have.

Richmond were trying to get him for much less than he was worth & wanted us to pay half his salary so why was it his choice? He signed the deal with us for 3 years so once he did that he's expected to stick to it. Anyway who told you? Franchina?

Interesting that his best man was Tiger player Chris Newman.

Not really, given that they've been best mates for years.

The main thing is Fev is at the Blues!
Thats why Richmond will always be pretenders. They make idiotic offers and decisions all the time! Eg Tivendale, Ray Hall and pick 8 for Fev! Its Quality not quatity that where after!. We should have offered them Prenda, Wiggins, Norman, Sporn, for Deledio... seriously

Hell, write it in to the club song - might need a bit of poetic license to fit the Lilly of Laguna tune.

Fev used to live next door to Newman. Newman and Newman's mum used to barrack for Carlton, Fev and Fev's mum used to barrack for Richmond.
